Bland AI Hackathon — Voice Hotline Project

As part of the Bland AI Hackathon, our team designed and built a unique voice-first hotline app that could handle natural, lifelike phone conversations. The challenge was to combine AI voice APIs with intuitive interaction design to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.
Features
- Conversational Interface: Designed voice UX flow for a fictional hotline experience
- AI Integration: Used Bland AI’s voice API to generate realistic, human-like dialogues
- Prompt Engineering: Trained interaction prompts for clarity, empathy, and narrative flow
- Testing & Iteration: Ran multiple user trials to refine dialogue pacing and tone
Why It Matters
